Casselberry Elementary School Reviews

they have verry good teachers there so I think having me there has brought up my grades.

I have two daughters that have attended this school. I think the staff is great. They have had many memorable experiences within thier years attandances. Panda play day was memorable for both of them. They have many interactrive functions for parents.

My son is in 3rd grade at Casselberry Elem. and I have nothing but good things to say about his experience there. The teachers and principal encourage parent involvement and I have found that the more involved I am the better off my child is. At the beginning of each year they do their best to couple my child with a teacher whose teaching style best fits with his personality. It has worked out beautifully so far.

The teacher are great tehy teach the kid's everything they need to know. they are very picky on who pick's up your child and who calls in the teacher's. Always call you when there is a problem. If the child falls in a grade they are ont he phone calling. Thye always invole the parents in everything they do. They keep you uptodate in everything your child does. They want them to learn to get them ready for the next grade. Over all I have never had a proublem one with any teacher there. The office always ask you to check in there first. They will not let you in if you are not on file. Both of my kids are a ,b students becouse they teach them so well

Although the school academics are at an all time high. I do not feel that they have the proper tools to deal with children with learning issues. They have the standerdized SLD evaluation, but refuse to use them. They take a basic preliminary test before an actual test if the child passes the prelim, then they do not continue on with the actual SLD test which entails, many more testing requirements. The idea of today is to retain a child. That is not my idea. Homeschooling will be my choice, for now!
