Description:
Please join us for our 6 PM meditation. This meditation will be unguided and approximately 45 minutes in length. Our music selection will be accompanied by heart and crown chakra crystal bowls. Everyone is encouraged to bring any items you wish to place upon our meditation altar to be blessed and empowered with the beautiful energy from our meditation. There are pillows and chairs available, but you may also bring your own cushions if they are more comfortable. There is a resident store cat who may come into the room before we start meditation, so please let us know if you are allergic and we will make sure the cat is removed from the room right away. There is no fee to attend any of our meditations; however, we do accept love donations which are given to Spiral Circle in gratitude for the use of their sacred space without charge. RSVP is not required, but kindly requested to help give us an idea of how many people are planning to attend.
