Not alot of communication from the staff. We got closer and closer to our closing date and we still couldn't be sure we had financing. They did work to get us a good rate, but this is what took so much time and seemed very last minute. Also, our final paperwork was wrong at first, but fixed in time. A family owned business, though I'm not sure that's a good thing!
