MELVIN ARIZAGA. Stay AWAY from this guy, he's a LIAR! On 23 Dec 08 I received a call from him concerning a Internet inquiry about a 08 Jeep Compass. I had been pre-approved for a $13,999.68 loan from Capital One. There was a stipulation from Cap 1 that the Loan To Trade Value (LTV) could not exceed 90% of the vehicle's NADA. This is fair and pro consumer, but still allows a dealer to make a profit. I explained my constraints to Arizaga and he assured me that he was very familiar with Cap 1. We deal with them all the time. My offer was I wanted to be out the door for no MORE than the total loan amount. He said Merry Xmas, I can do it for $14,000 out the door including tags! We agreed that I would come to the dealership later that day to complete the deal. We spoke several more times throughout the day and I repeated Capital One requirement at least twice during our conversations. I obtained insurance on the vehicle prior to my arrival. When I arrived I test drove the Jeep got all the info and sales hype. We finally sat down to complete the paperwork and he got up from the table and returned several minutes later with this fake incredulous look on his face. I asked what's the problem? We need more money, you've got to be kidding me! I just spent no less than SIX hours adjusting my schedule, calling insurance companies for quotes, and listening to this guys bull.... Now he has the audacity to try the oldest sales tactic. This inept, sleazy greenhorn tries to pump me for more money! His flawed strategy was to get me there and hope I would be gullible, anxious, or too inexperienced. I have a sales background. This A-hole has ALL of the negative characteristics you hear about car salesmen. His LACK of professionalism is shared by Orem whom when asked who is his supervisor replied my mamma. Stay AWAY, FAR AWAY from this dealership!! I've contacted BBB, all of the lo

If you are an empowered woman and plan on purchasing a vehicle, I wouldn't recommend this place. I (female) went in to purchase a Jeep with my husband. I was the person asking questions, completing the financing application, and completing the purchase of the vehicle. However, the people in the store insisted on dealing solely with my husband~~ They would look directly at him, asking him the questions, and call him with information. I found the men who worked here very chauvinistic and would NEVER purchase another vehicle from them again.
I would never return to this Dealership again by Cathy M.

I went to Orlando Dodge for service on my car. It was under warranty and this dealership was supposedly well rated.
I was given a time frame for the repair, which was totally inaccurate. I waited three hours more than was estimated.
I feel that the service department was trying to add things in to the repair list that were not included in the warranty. I asked them to fix a leak, which ended up costing me $400, even though I had full warranty coverage. It still leaks to this day. I had bad service and poor quality workmanship on the repairs. I was totally unsatisfied.
I would not return here for repairs.

Orlando Dodge is a long-time business in the Orlando community, and they obviously care about keeping their customers happy. The sales staff is helpful and knowledgable. Chris in Service has been there for years and does a great job on a consistent basis---a real problem solver.
If you're a Dodge truck (or car) person, they deserve a shot at your business.
PROS: Honest, good prices, good service
