New ownership just took over and boy am I glad. IMMEDIATE difference. I had stopped going to this Dunkin even though it was the most convenient because of how poor the service was and how DIRTY the store was. My brother stopped in recently and told me about the changeover so I went and WOW, complete 180. Good job!

this store is the worst!!!the girl in the drive-thru is rude and the manager is not much better they seem to be more interested in playing around then taking care of us customers.i have stopped going and now go to another on 1792 in Sanford they are very polite.

One of my favorite drive thru's when in Longwood. Even though I visit only once a month, they remember exactly what I want in the way of coffee. Delicious coffee flavors, cheerful help. I love you guys.
