I just posted this on the Thornton Park location, didn't realize that there were 2 listings. I have not been to the downtown location, but recently I went to the Dr. Phillips location and had the best service (from my massage and facial) to the front desk person. It is true that the ceilings are open, but everyone at this location was very quiet and respectful of the sound level. The girl at the front was new, but very accomodating and helpful. If you go, I highly recommend Christina for a facial! My skin still feels fantastic and she was so nice and helpful with all of my questions. Overall, it was one of the best spa experiences that I've had in quite some time!
